Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Paypal in U.S. funds.  A full payment is required in order to reserve your seat.

 

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Seating is limited in our lab, so once you have registered your participation is important to us - we are counting on you to attend. If you must withdraw from a course, we provide the following refund policy:

 

  • Withdraw more than 30 days before the start of class and we will refund all monies paid, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Withdraw between the 7th and 30th day before the start of the class, and you will receive no refund, but monies paid can be applied toward a future class.
  • Withdraw 7 days or less before the start of class, or on the day of the class, and you will receive no refund or forwarding of funds.  Unfortunately, if we do not have adequate time to fill your seat, you will have to pay for that seat.

 

Course Cancellation

 

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a class because of low enrollment.  In this case, we will notify you 7 days in advance, and we will refund all monies paid, in full, or apply them to a future class for you. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or any other travel expenses that you may incur prior to the start of the class. Our limit of liability is to return all monies paid to The Commercial Music Lab only.

 

Instructor Replacement

 

It is the nature of the business that occasionally a listed instructor is unable to participate because of a change in his or her professional schedule or health.
If we are forced to replace an instructor, we will do so with someone of equal or
similar credentials. If time permits, we will inform all who are registered prior to
the class start date.
